Low Carb French Toast
Made this for breakfast! Hit the spot. The whole family approved. Haven’t had anything like this since we started this WOE. This is a keeper! This amazing low carb french toast will help you with the cravings that a lot of people have when starting Keto. Only this time your breakfast will be much healthier and has just 1 net carb per slice!

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs Large
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- Splash Heavy Whipping Cream
- Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup
- 3 TBSP Butter melted
- 4 TBSP coconut flour
- 2 Eggs
- Butter
- 3 TBSP Water

- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a bo After melting the 3 tbsp of butter add the 3 tbsp of water to the melted butter to keep the temperature of the butter down.
- Add the 4 eggs to the mix and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed, Add the baking powder and the coconut flour, Stir again until everything is well mixed
- Use a 10 x 10 dish to spread the mixture , Put the dish in the microwave and let it there for about 8 minutes, Test it by poking the mixture with a knife, If the knife comes out clean then your mixture is ready.
- Cut the mixture into 9 pieces. Add the two eggs and the splash of heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
- Use the egg and whipping cream as a dipping and dip all 9 pieces into it. Use a heated non-sticky griddle (spray it) to fry both sides until the french toast is golden brown. Add the 0 carbs syrup, Butter and enjoy!
