Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder, Ensures crispy skin without adding carbs

  • 3.5 lbs chicken wings, Separate the drumettes and flats for even cooking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 260°F. Place a baking rack over a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels. Place them in a plastic bag, add baking powder,, salt,, and pepper. Shake well.
  • Arrange the wings on the prepared baking rack and bake in the lower third of the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Increase the oven temperature to 430°F and move the baking sheet to the upper third of the oven. Bake for another 20 minutes until crispy.
  • Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic,, parsley,, and red pepper flakes. Toss the wings in the mixture and coat with Parmesan. Garnish with fresh parsley and add additional salt and pepper to taste.
