- ¾ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp green pesto
- 2 lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Cream cheese tiny strips
- 6 oz. leeks chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ oz. Butter
- 4 oz. cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ lb small pieces of cauliflower

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the cream and cream cheese along with the pesto and a bit of lemon juice. Give it a good seasoning with salt and pepper to suit your taste buds.
